Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website. Paid work is governed by a separate written services agreement.

Effective 1 September 2026. Version 1.0.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Throughline Automation (ABN 59 701 869 598) of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (we, us, our). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. If you engage us to carry out work, that engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement, which prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Information on this site is general

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not advice, and it does not take into account your particular circumstances, systems, obligations or objectives. Before acting on anything you read here, consider whether it is appropriate for your business and obtain professional advice where relevant.

3. Estimates, calculators and timeframes

Any calculator, estimate or indicative figure on this website is a modelling tool. Outputs are based entirely on the inputs you provide and on general assumptions. They are not a quote, not a forecast, and not a representation of results you will achieve. Actual outcomes depend on your systems, data, processes and how the work is adopted internally.

References to a 90-day delivery timeframe describe our standard programme structure. Actual timing is set out in the services agreement for your project and depends on scope, your availability, and timely access to your systems and third-party platforms.

4. Booking an assessment

Booking an assessment through this site creates no obligation on either party. It is a conversation. It does not create a contract for services, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement begins only when a written services agreement is signed by both parties.

We may reschedule or decline an assessment where the enquiry falls outside the work we do.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to scrape or harvest data at scale, or to reproduce its contents for a competing commercial purpose. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — text, layout, design, graphics, code and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or adapt it without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks referred to on this site remain the property of their owners. Naming a platform we integrate with does not imply that platform endorses us or that we are affiliated with it.

7. Third-party links and platforms

This website links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

9. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies and our liability can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

10. Liability

Subject to clause 9, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The effective date appears at the top of this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
