For finance and back-office teams
The admin is eating your back office. It doesn't have to.
Invoices, expenses, reminders, document extraction and reporting are rules-based work. We automate them around the accounting system you already run.
We connect to your ledger. We do not replace it, and we do not touch your chart of accounts.
Sound familiar?
If more than two of these are true, there is work to remove.
- Invoices are keyed in by hand from PDFs and emails
- Someone chases payment reminders every week
- Month-end is a scramble of spreadsheets and exports
- Expense approvals sit in an inbox for days
- The same figures are re-entered in three places
- A single resignation would put the process at risk
What we would automate
Organised by function, not by industry.
If a process is repetitive, rules-based, data-heavy, or requires information to move between systems, it may be automatable.
Finance
- Invoice processing
- Expense workflows
- Payment reminders
- Document extraction
- Reporting
- Reconciliation support
Administration
- Data entry
- Document processing
- Form processing
- Spreadsheet automation
- Internal requests
- Approvals
How it works
AI and automation are not the same thing.
Most business problems are solved by automation. AI is added where something has to be understood rather than followed.
Automation
Used when the rules are predictable.
Invoice approved → post it, file it, schedule the payment reminder.
AI
Used when a document has to be read and understood.
Extract the supplier, amount, date and line items from this PDF.
Human oversight
Approval stays where the money moves.
Nothing is paid, posted or sent to a client without the sign-off you define.
Integrations
Keep the software you already use.
We don't require you to rip out your existing technology stack. We connect the systems you already rely on and build automation around them.

Don't see your software? Ask us. We integrate with your existing technology wherever technically feasible through APIs, webhooks, databases, connectors or custom integrations. Product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are listed to describe integration targets only.
Starting from nothing
We can bring your business idea to life.
Not every engagement starts with an existing operation. If what you have is a concept — a service you want to offer, a product you have described but never built, a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself — the same team builds it.
From an idea, not a brief
You do not need a specification, a wireframe or a technical plan. You need to be able to explain what it should do and who it is for. We work out the rest with you.
Built, not advised on
Custom applications, portals, databases, dashboards, automated workflows and AI where it earns its place. What you get is a working system, not a feasibility report.
A new venture or a new line
An idea launching on its own, or a new service inside a business you already run — connected to the systems that business already uses.
The same 90 days
Discover, design, build, test, deploy. The process does not change because the starting point is a blank page rather than an existing process.
We will tell you during the consultation if we think an idea is better served by software you can buy than by anything we would build. That answer is free and it happens more often than you might expect.
No idea yet
Wanting to start a business but don’t have any ideas?
We may have production-ready models for you. Reach out to find out more.
What a production-ready model is
A business concept we have already designed and built the operating systems for — the workflows, the automation, the integrations, the customer-facing interface and the internal tooling. The build work is done. What it needs is an operator.
What you would be taking on
Running the business. We can hand over working systems and stay on to maintain and extend them. We do not run it for you, and the commercial outcome depends on you, your market and your execution.
Availability is limited and specific
These are individual models, not a catalogue. Whether one is available, and whether it suits you, is something we can only establish in conversation. Sometimes the answer is that we have nothing that fits.
How it starts
The same free consultation. We talk about what you want to run, what you can commit, and what — if anything — we currently have that matches. Terms and cost are discussed there, not before.
We make no representation about revenue, profit or business performance, and nothing here is financial, legal or investment advice. Any arrangement would be set out in a written agreement, and you should seek independent professional advice before entering one.

Day 90
You have working systems — not another AI strategy document.
The free assessment
What we look for before anyone talks about price.
A consultation, not a sales call. We map how your business currently runs and tell you where the opportunities are.
- Repetitive processes
- Manual administration
- Disconnected systems
- AI opportunities
- Automation opportunities
- Potential bottlenecks
- Potential efficiency improvements
- Integration opportunities
- High-value automation candidates
How pricing works
Scoped to the work. Discussed in the consultation.
We don't publish figures, because a number without a scope behind it tells you nothing. What we will commit to in advance is that we beat any comparable written quote by 5%.
Nothing is packaged
There is no tier list and no per-seat number, because the work is scoped to your business. Two companies of the same size rarely need the same system.
We beat any comparable written quote by 5%
Bring us a current written quote from another provider for comparable scope and deliverables, before we issue our proposal, and we will come in 5% under it.
Price is discussed in the free consultation
Not before it. We do not quote against a description of your business — we quote against what we have actually seen of how it runs.
You leave the consultation knowing the number
It is not a device to get you on a second call. By the end of the conversation you know the shape of the work and what it would cost.
The 5% commitment applies to a current written quote from another provider for comparable scope and deliverables, presented before we issue our proposal. Comparable means the same work, not a superficially similar line item.
Before you book
The questions people ask first.
Will this touch our accounting data directly?
Only in the ways you approve during Design. Access is scoped to what the automation needs, every automated action is logged, and anything that writes to your ledger can sit behind a human approval step.
Our invoices arrive in a dozen different formats. Can that be automated?
Variable document layouts are where AI extraction earns its place over rigid templates. What we establish first is how often the extraction is right and what happens on the exceptions, because the exception handling is what actually determines whether the automation saves anyone time.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. We connect the systems you already rely on and build automation around them, wherever technically feasible through APIs, webhooks, databases, connectors or custom integrations. If something genuinely cannot be connected, we tell you during Design, before it affects a date.
What does the free assessment actually involve?
A consultation where we map how your business currently runs: the processes, the software, where information stops moving, and where your staff lose time. You get our read on what is worth automating. No proposal and no pricing until we have seen the business.
What if you find nothing worth automating?
We tell you that. An assessment that recommends nothing is occasionally the correct outcome, and it costs you nothing but the conversation.
